HELLO (: hmm...i came up with a relay system, so that y'all won't have to call/sms every single one of the youths when y'all wanna make an announcement. ok, here it goes. advisors to ME,chairperson --> to junhong, v.chairperson, huiyi and stephanie huiyi to yiting, yiting to ruby, ruby back to me telling me that she received the message junhong to jingyi, jingyi to inez and caleb, caleb to nicholas, nicholas to shawn. if the message needs to be passed on to other people who are not official members of icc youth min, then external communications would be done by ruby and shawn. ruby for the girls, shawn for the guys. hope y'all are confortable with this plan. if y'all are really not confortable with it then please make mutual swaps and tell me asap. thank you. P.S. shawn please tell me the names of those who are coming for visitation for external guests. P.P.S. HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR! :D P.P.P.S. Junhong's the vice chairperson, right? please tell me immediately if he's not thanks. <3s ICC YOUTH forever. :D YUFEI. :D
