Just wanted to add on to what HuiYi said.

1. Worship team. Yes I just want to tell you guys that yes, I'm really proud of you guys; youth worship has always been so powerful. And it's really great, really. (: Yup, it's important not to get to caught up with music, cos ultimately, we're worshipping God. (:
But yeah, I don't know what's your take on this, but I really hope that we can train up more musicians. Yes, worship ministry has gotta expand! :D
And undoubtedly, the worship ministry, especially youth worship, has really came a long way since we started out. And yeah, no biasness here but I really want to thank the pioneer musicians, Caleb and Junhong for starting it, and in their own little way, bringing youth worship to where it is now. I believe you guys would agree with me that without them, youth worship won't be where we are now. So yes, thanks so much guys!
And all those who have began their journey in worship, I'd just like to encourage you guys on. Continue to shine for God! Yes, sometimes being a musician, especially a young one isn't that easy. Like yes, you might be practicing hard, wanting a chance to play but never seeming to get one. I know cos I have felt that way before. Yes, nothing to hide, I really wanted to join main worship. But yeah, not yet.
But don't get discouraged! Don't give up just yet! For if you persist and strive on, you will definitely get your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow one day!
And yes, for that pure joy you get outta worship, you've gotta strive on!
On a side note, yes I'll try to arrange so that you've got more chances to play and gain experience. Hopefully soon, you'd be able to join main worship!

2. Exams.
Yes I know this sucks. I know everyone's super stressed and everything.
But we've gotta strive on and hang on there!
Pray; we're studying to glorify His name.
I believe everyone here wants to glorify His name. So yes!
And it's only 2-3 more weeks. C'MON! We'll all go crazyyyyyyyy with tons and tons of youth outings after examsssssssss :D WHEEEEE :D

Just want you guys to know that me loves all of you very much. (: And am praying for you all!
