My awful ulcer has recovered in less than 24hr without taking any precautions. Things like drinking excessive water, eating less heaty food or apply medication and things like such. I just let th day pass by until I was in school this morning when I realised it's healed.
Th lord takes care of even th smallest thing w/o you realising.
